Coolzino Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Terdersoft B.V. (company number 164860), the operator of Coolzino, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence number OGL/2024/1126/0521. This agreement governs account registration and use, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using coolzino.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

About us and licensing

Coolzino is operated by Terdersoft B.V., registered in Curaçao under company number 164860, trading under the coolzino.com domain. The gaming licence, OGL/2024/1126/0521, was issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority on 2025-03-26 and covers online casino, live casino, and sportsbook operations under a single account. Terdersoft B.V. holds the same licence record for a number of further casino brands, each certificated against its own domain, placing Coolzino within a multi-brand operator group. These terms are governed by the law of Costa Rica, and the English-language version of all documents prevails in the event of any conflict.

Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 19 years of age to register an account and use any part of the service. Coolzino does not accept players from the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, France and French overseas territories, the Netherlands, Israel, Lithuania, the Dutch West Indies, Curaçao, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Gibraltar, Jersey, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, or any jurisdiction appearing on the FATF blacklist or greylist. Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, and IP address; duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated winnings voided. You must provide accurate and complete registration information, and you are required to update that information promptly if it changes. No withdrawal will be processed until your account has passed full KYC verification, and we reserve the right to request verification documents at any stage, including at first deposit. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that breaches these eligibility conditions.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency, including Bitcoin, Litecoin, and TRON, with further coins listed on the deposit page. The minimum deposit is €20 for most methods, with lower floors available in certain markets as shown in the cashier. The minimum withdrawal is €50 or its equivalent across all methods. We process withdrawal requests within up to 72 hours on our side, after which the payment provider’s own delivery time applies. Withdrawal limits are €1 000 per day, €3 000 per week, and €10 000 per month, with higher limits available at elevated loyalty ranks as displayed in the cashier. Wins above €10 000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €10 000 until the full amount is settled. Withdrawals must be returned to the method used for the original deposit where possible, and no withdrawal will be released until all previous deposits have been confirmed and your account is fully verified. Third-party payment instruments are not permitted; the name on any card or payment account must match the name registered on your casino account, and use of shared, corporate, or family accounts is grounds for confiscation of funds.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, but the following standard rules apply across the platform. The welcome package carries a wagering requirement of 40x the bonus amount, a maximum bet of €5 per round during any active bonus (including doubled bets and purchased bonus rounds), and a maximum cashout cap of 10x the bonus amount. Welcome package bonuses must be wagered within 7 days of crediting; other bonuses are valid for 14 days unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Game contributions towards wagering are: slots 100%, buy-feature games 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, instant win games 5%, and table games, scratch cards, and other live games 0%. All bonuses are sticky, meaning real-money funds are played first, and withdrawing before wagering is complete will void the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and deposit bonuses do not combine. We reserve the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where we identify bonus abuse, advantage play, manipulation of bonus stages, or any attempt to circumvent these rules.

Responsible gambling

Dispute resolution

Unresolved complaints are escalated within our organisation, and we will keep you informed of progress throughout that process. Refund decisions are made within up to 7 business days and finalised within 48 hours of the decision being reached. Where a dispute concerns the outcome of a game, server logs and records constitute the final authority. If a complaint cannot be resolved at management level, you may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body, a relevant gaming authority, or the Curaçao Gaming Authority as the licensing regulator.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time, with notice provided by email or by a prominent notice on the site prior to the changes taking effect. The updated terms will display a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
