Coolzino Privacy Policy

Coolzino is operated by Terdersoft B.V. (company number 164860, Curaçao), licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence number OGL/2024/1126/0521. This page sets out what personal data we collect from you, the purposes for which we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it. Coolzino is not licensed in Canada and does not operate under provincial gaming regulations; data processing is governed by the operator’s own commitments and applicable Curaçao regulatory requirements.

What information we collect

We collect personal data across several categories depending on how you interact with the site. Account registration data includes your name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. KYC verification data includes copies of government-issued identity documents, proof of address dated within the last 90 days, bank statements, and copies of payment cards used to deposit. We also collect gameplay data covering deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, session times, and game choices, as well as device and network data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers. Cookies and similar technologies are used for site functionality and analytics.

How we use your information

We use the data we collect to provide the service: creating and maintaining your account, processing deposits and withdrawals, and enabling gameplay. We process identity and financial data to meet our regulatory obligations under the Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, including age verification, KYC checks, anti-money laundering monitoring, and transaction review. Device and session data is used for security and fraud prevention. Where you have opted in, we use your contact details to send marketing communications; you can withdraw that consent at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Who we share data with

We share personal data with licensed payment processors to handle deposits and withdrawals, and with identity verification providers to complete KYC checks. Data may be disclosed to the Curaçao Gaming Authority (licence OGL/2024/1126/0521) and to law enforcement or other authorities where we are legally required to do so. As part of a multi-brand operator group, data may also be shared with affiliated companies operating under the same Terdersoft B.V. entity where this is necessary for account management or fraud prevention.

Data retention

We retain account and transaction records for a minimum of five years following account closure, in line with anti-money laundering obligations applicable to our licence. Certain records, including KYC documents and financial transaction logs, may be kept for up to seven years where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance. After the applicable retention period, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the following rights in relation to the personal data we hold about you:

  • Access: you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: you can request deletion of your data, subject to our retention obligations.
